1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how PRYZM collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use the PRYZM BIM platform, websites, applications, and related services.

2. Information we collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Account information, such as name, email address, organization, authentication provider, and account settings.
• Project content, such as BIM models, drawings, files, versions, metadata, comments, schedules, room data, prompts, and generated outputs.
• Usage information, such as pages viewed, tools used, feature interactions, device information, IP address, browser type, logs, and diagnostic events.
• Billing information, such as subscription status, plan, billing identifiers, and payment status. Payment card details are handled by payment processors and are not intended to be stored directly by PRYZM.
• Support and communications, such as messages, feedback, sales enquiries, and support requests.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• provide, operate, secure, and maintain PRYZM;
• create and manage accounts, sessions, projects, versions, and collaboration features;
• process uploads, model data, exports, renders, AI-assisted requests, and other workflows;
• monitor reliability, detect abuse, prevent fraud, and troubleshoot issues;
• manage subscriptions, billing, quotas, and entitlements;
• respond to support, sales, and account enquiries;
• improve PRYZM features, performance, and user experience.

4. Project data and BIM content

Your project data remains your content. PRYZM processes project data to provide platform functionality, including storage, versioning, collaboration, visualization, import/export, analytics, rendering, and AI-assisted workflows where enabled.

5. AI-assisted processing

When you use AI-assisted features, relevant prompts, model excerpts, images, files, or metadata may be sent to AI service providers or infrastructure used to deliver that feature. We aim to limit the data sent to what is needed for the requested function. Do not submit sensitive personal data or confidential information to AI features unless you are authorized to do so.

6. Sharing information

We may share information with:

• service providers that help operate PRYZM, such as hosting, database, storage, analytics, AI, email, payment, and support providers;
• collaborators or organization members you invite to projects;
• third-party integrations that you choose to connect;
• authorities or other parties where required by law, legal process, safety, or protection of rights;
• successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and controlling project access.

8. Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide PRYZM, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain backups, and support legitimate business operations. Project deletion may not immediately remove all backup, audit, billing, or security records.

9. Cookies and similar technologies

PRYZM may use cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, security, analytics, and application functionality.

10. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, or restrict use of certain personal information. You can contact us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

11. International processing

Information may be processed in countries other than where you live or where your organization is based. Those countries may have different data protection laws.

12. Children's privacy

PRYZM is not intended for children under 13 or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as PRYZM evolves. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice where required. Continued use after the effective date means the updated policy applies.
